Expanded Customer Support
STI recently made changes at the company. The service, parts, and warranty department has expanded to ensure fast and efficient support services for customers.
The expansion is a result of additional focus and resources devoted to STI and Tiger Cranes. “Excellent equipment and superior customer service are at the heart of a successful business. We’ve always had great service, which will only be better with the addition of personnel in our parts, warranty, and service areas. We are restructuring and improving every day,” said Walt Van Laren, president of Service Trucks International.
Customers will find additional options and information on the Support page of servicetrucks.com, including the ability to submit online service and parts requests.
